One of the things that concern me is the fact that we carry a lot of film in our luggage. And with the amount of inspection on an airport, even handcarried luggage will be subjected to X-ray. Big, BIG disappointment: the Linhof can't handle the cold! The shutter didn't open - old grease? Now I dó have that nice dark yellow filter and even -1° is toо low for the sturdy looking sissy...

250 gram tarwebloem, 1 ei, ongeveer 35 gram boter mengen. Vervolgens wat water toevoegen, ongeveer 60 ml, maar ik heb het op gevoel gedaan... Gekneed tot een mooie bal, gewoon met de handen! Die afgedekt laten rusten voor ongeveer 40 minuten. Ondertussen gehakt met ui en knoflook gemengd. De deegbal uitrollen en er rondjes uit drukken met behulp van een glas. Vervolgens de vulling er op en dichtvouwen. 7 minuten in kokend water (met een beetje zout) is voldoende om deze pelmeni gaar te koken. Beetje zure room erbij, heerlijk!
