Of course I overreact on the word Siberian, but today was (more or less) the start of the cold season, so after a "cool" walk I had some Pelmeni Sibirskie. Nice!
What a coincedence, Pelmeni was on the receipt which I had to translate, but in Siberya it is mostly eaten with Сметана instead of butter. At least that is what I understand. And a pint of Пиво клинское to swallow it down...
